Milind Soman is one of the healthiest celebrities out there and there is no denying that. Since the lockdown began, the actor has been sharing a lot of tips with his fans and helping them stay fit, physically and mentally.
In his latest post as well, Milind is tackling the subject of health and fitness, and busting some common myths. The supermodel shared a throwback picture from 2018 and captioned it, “#ThrowbackThursday 2018.. 3 myths about health and fitness! Health food is expensive – Truth is eat local and seasonal, its healthiest and cheapest. You need space or a gym to exercise – Truth is bodyweight exercise can make you really fit and can be done at home in a space 8ft by 10ft (sic).”
“You need time to exercise – Truth is micro workouts take 3-4 minutes and you can do them once or as many times as you like, throughout the day. So what did you do today ? #health #fitness #love #life #fun #Live2Inspire (sic),” he added.
Since the lockdown began, the actor also helped out his fans by sharing ways of working out at home without equipment. He even urged his followers to do yoga.
Everyday I have my lockdown routine – make the bed, cut the fruits, exercise, some office work, have lunch, some tv, etc. And every day I add something as a surprise for myself, whatever comes into my head, something I know well, or something completely new. If it’s new, and I enjoy it, then I try to build it into my schedule, learn about it and do it more often so I get better at it 🙂 I love doing headstands and do a headstand at least once a month, or at least when I remember, and I have a mat!
